I too was lucky to have worked with Norm at Durwood, Jones - Norm was such a caring, friendly man and the entire office shared in his laughter and I remember he always smiled - he is smiling down from heaven above watching over Marg and his daughters and their families. May Norm rest in peace and my thoughts and prayers are with his family.
