Passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at Extendicare-Lakefield. Ab Porter of Peterborough in his 94th year, husband of the late Mildred (Henthorne). Sadly missed by his children Gaele Wilkie (Bill), Ron Porter (Louise), Reed Porter (Lesley), Marva Gardner (Steve) and daughter-in-law Gwen. Grandpa will be remembered by 14 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his son Larry, daughter Karen and grandson Martin. A funeral service will be held from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 748 Cumberland Ave., Peterborough, on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 11:00 A.M with visitation to commence at 10:00 A.M. A reception will follow in the Church hall. Interment Lakefield Cemetery.
