Learning how to Ski-doo.

Many moons ago, when Hector was a pup, I remember my parents John and Hilda, Marg and Ross, Joyce and Art, Wally and Grace and Ron and Mary, were all about to go Ski-dooing at the lake. They got Margie settled on her machine, showed her the controls, pointed her in the right direction and sent her on a trial run before they all took off. Margie gunned that machine and took off in a straight line headed right for a high, snow-covered pile of boats. Well, didn't she freeze at the controls and zoom right on up and over and land safely on the other side ... much to the astonishment of all. I've heard that story many, many times over the years. They're all gone now and all we have left are fond memories and stories. I miss them all. Rest in peace, Margie. You were one heck of a Ski-dooer!
