Passed away with his loving family by his side following a brief illness at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Friday April 19, 2013. George Whalen of Lakefield, formerly of St. Catharines in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Ann (nee Kirk). Dad will always be loved and remembered by Maureen Morrison (Terry) of P.E.I., Rick Whalen (Claire Tollefson) of Victoria, B.C., Jenny Whalen (Ben) of N.S. and Denny Whalen of St. Catharines.
