Passed away at Riverview Manor, Peterborough on Friday April 5, 2013. Muriel McMillan (nee Martin) of Peterborough in her 84th year. Muriel was an employee of Westclox, Peterborough for over 35 years. Loved and missed by her daughter Charlene Craig (Lee Duncan) of Peterborough. Dear grandma of Daniel Cochrane (Val Poyner) of Whitby and great grandmother of Ava and Carson. Remembered by her nephew Glen Goodberry (Mag) and by her special friend Helen Walker. Survived by many members of the McMillan family. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Jane, her first husband Robert F. Craig, her second husband Bill McMillan, sisters Clara Hamilton (Art), Ruby Colwell (Frank) and brothers Bill & Max Martin. A funeral service will be held at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Wednesday April 10, 2013 at 1:00 PM. Visitation from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM. Cremation. A reception will follow in the Heritage Room of the Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the Lakefield Animal Welfare Society (L.A.W.S.) or the Lung Association as expressions of sympathy.
