Of the Crane Clan, Passed away peacefully with family by her side at the P.R.H.C. on Friday March 1, 2013. Wilma (Miigwewin-Kwe – The Woman Who Gives) of Curve Lake in her 58th year, loving wife of 31 years to Winston (Minwaajmod – The Teacher of Teachings). Mom will always be loved and remembered by Jeff (Animkiins Anini – Little Thunder Man) and his wife Patsy of Peterborough. Beloved grandma of Carter “Bear”, Quinn “Pumpkin” and Sierra “Kwe”. Missed by her siblings Jack Whetung (Donna), Mel Jacobs (Beth), Ken Jacobs (Sandie), Lionel Jacobs (Deborah), Leland Jacobs (Donna) and Katherine Knott. Also remembered by her step-son Winston Jr., his family and by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her twin brother Willard Jacobs, sister Arlene Taylor (Ross) and parents Dorothy and Dalton Jacobs. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Curve Lake Community Church on Monday March 4, 2013 from 7:00 – 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held from the Curve Lake Community Church on Tuesday March 5, 2013 at 11:00 AM. Interment Curve Lake Cemetery. Reception to follow at the Curve Lake Community Centre.
