Passed away peacefully at the P.R.H.C. on Saturday November 24, 2012. Ruth Jodrell of Buckhorn, formerly of Toronto, in her 89th year. Loved and missed by her sons Ronald Mitchell of Oshawa, John Mitchell of Scarborough and Mark Jodrell of Buckhorn. Beloved gramma of Christina (Shawn), Sheila (Gino), Theresa, Christine (Andrew) and Diane. Dear great gramma of Daniella, Marissa, Adam, Emily, Daniel, Lukas, Jessica and Joshua. She will be sadly missed by Linda, Maria, Jenny & Sue and fondly remembered by lifelong friend Ad Granner. Survived by her sister Joyce Krueger (the late Harold). Predeceased by her husband Gordon Joseph (1973), brother Beverly Tucker (Marg) and sister Alva Babineau (Ken). Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Tuesday November 27, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday November 28, 2012 at 11:00 AM with visitation one hour prior to the service. A reception will follow in the Heritage Room of the Funeral Home. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Toronto, on Thursday November 29, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
