CONNOR: William J. “Bill”
Passed away suddenly at his home on Sunday October 21, 2012. Bill Connor of Lakefield in his 71st year. Bill was the owner/operator of Global Insulation for many years. Loved and missed by his wife of 43 years, Sharon. Dad will be remembered by William James “Bill” (Dorothy) of Oshawa and Sherry Brown (John Dennis) of R.R. #3 Lakefield. Dear grandpa of Daniel, Michael and Emily. Survived by his sisters Nancy Garrett (Ross) of Burk’s Falls, Carol McKay (Terry) of Windsor and brother Jack Connor (Mary) of Whitby. Also survived by his sister-in-law Dale Hall of Scarborough and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Philip & Phyllis. Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, on Wednesday October 24, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday October 25, 2012 at 11:00 AM. Cremation. A reception will follow in the Heritage Room of the Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation as expressions of sympathy.
