Condolence From: Bob Auld
Condolence: My first meeting with Dave was a hard "thumping" he gave me in a pickup field hockey game on Tichester
Road in the early 1940's. He was in a group with Bryan Abbs and several other older "characters". As the
newbie,I was intimidated but Dave "protected me" . It was a pivotal moment in growing up. Years later we owned a travel agency next door to R-R and Dave kindly gave us his business...assisting us in the early stages of business life. Twice he came thru for me big time! Thanks Dave.... you were a good person.
